The HiPP Gute Nacht Milk and Cereal Meal is a complete evening meal for babies aged ten months and over. The organic grain ensures a creamy consistency and keeps babies satisfied and feeling full for a long time. It is also light and easy to digest so your baby can sleep peacefully.
Hints:
- The HiPP Gute Nacht milk and cereal porridge can be drunk from a bottle or from a cup.
- Since this is a full meal, it can be offered as a complete evening meal. Please do not feed both before bed.
- Although the Goodnight Cereal Meal is suitable for drinking from the bottle, it is better for children's dental health if they drink from a cup as early as possible.
- Never use a bottle with a meal containing Good Night Cereal as a sleep aid or pacifier replacement - the carbohydrates it contains can cause tooth decay if they stay in contact with teeth for a long time. Make sure to brush your baby's teeth every day as soon as the first tooth is visible, especially after the last meal before going to bed!
- Offer this meal to your baby only once a day - the other meals should consist of solids foods to be spooned.
Dosage: The following table is a recommendation for the ideal dosage of water and porridge powder. The entire amount does not have to be finished at every meal. The amount consumed at each meal will vary from meal to meal and how hungry your baby is. Please dispose of leftovers and do not offer them again later - dangerous germs could develop.

Preparation:
- Freshly boil drinking water and allow to cool to 40 - 50 °C.
- Measure the amount of water you need according to the table and pour 2/3 of it into a clean, sterilised bottle.
- Add the amount of powder specified in the table. Use the measuring spoon included in the package to measure the powder. Fill it loosely and wipe off the excess powder with the back of a knife.
- Close the bottle tightly and shake vigorously.
- Then add the remaining third of the measured water. Close and shake vigorously again until the powder has dissolved completely and is free of lumps.
- Let it cool down to a lukewarm drinking temperature (approx. 37 ° C - please check before giving it to your baby).
- Pour into a cup if your baby is already drinking from a cup.
